Our wellness essentials, including candles, teas, and self-care items, are sourced from trusted U.S.-based vendors who share our commitment to clean ingredients, sustainable practices, and intentional living. While we don’t manufacture these items ourselves, each one is carefully selected to align with our values of beauty, simplicity, and quiet luxury.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended—but rest assured, we're preparing your order with intention and attention.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all U.S. orders over $200

Note: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Preorders

If your order includes a preorder item, it will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at shopkokoon@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

At Kōkoon, every piece is thoughtfully made to bring comfort and beauty into your everyday moments. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange so you can find the piece that suits you best.

Store Credit & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at shopkokoon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions to send the item back. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What You’ll Receive

For returns: A digital store credit issued via email
For Exchanges: A replacement item of your choice (pending availability)

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return to process your store credit or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Tea & food items
• Bath bombs and personal wellness products
• Eye pillows and masks (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Sample Boxes

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Each Kōkoon piece is thoughtfully designed to bring lasting comfort and quiet luxury into your daily rituals. To preserve the softness, shape, and beauty of your garments and wellness essentials, we recommend the following care:

Loungewear & Robes

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Use gentle, mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• No fabric softener
• Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry
• To minimize wrinkles, remove from dryer and put on hangers promptly.
• For best results, wash inside out to preserve fabric finish and detailing

Our brushed and modal-blend fabrics are soft by nature -- treat them with care, and they'll remain your favorite for years to come.

Eye Pillows & Masks

• Spot clean only with a damp cloth
• Do not submerge in water
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

For extra longevity, store your wellness items in their dust bags or reusable packaging.

Candles

• Trim wick to ¼" before each burn
• Allow full melt pool on first burn to avoid tunneling
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Place on a heat-resistant surface

Bath Bombs & Herbal Teas

• Store in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight
• Use within 6–12 months for optimal freshness
